Ingredients: 1 cup Exotic Jelly peach jalapeno jelly 1/2 cup of coconut milk 1 tsp. of curry (to taste) zest of lime salt to taste Directions: Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning as desired, add to stir fry or season any dish with this sauce.
